We have over 25 years of experience with a variety of
services in 6 different Iowa counties (Case Management; ICF/MR; RCF/MR; Group
homes; and group/independent apartment living.) Our program implements
our AAA model (Accountable through outcome based programs and
staff performance; Adventurous as we thrive on empowering vs.
enabling individuals, and provide Applicable services).
We utilize unique concepts that we have found extremely
effective and highly motivational.
